I take custom orders.  I can make just about anything you would want. Just ask. Ethnic foods are especially fun to make.  Here's a recipe for Fresh Spinach Pesto:

1 cup walnuts
2-3 cloves garlic
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
6 cups fresh spinach leaves

Put the first six ingredients in your food processor. Mix for about a half a minute. Add all the spinach and process until all the spinach is incorporated and well blended. Yum.  Eat with fresh bread or crostini.
